Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your booking within 48 hours or do not turn up to your booking, it is non refundable.

If Booking is cancelled 7 days prior a 20% percent fee will apply. We will refund your jet-ski tour less 20% of the value of your tour, less credit-card fees or online payment fee’s.

Refunds:

All refunds issued by TVK Watersports will be refunded less credit-card fees or online payment fees.

If your booking is cancelled due to poor weather and sea conditions we will attempt to re book to an alternative day and available time slot, or offer you a full refund less credit card fees or online payment fees.
